CheckinPort prepares municipal reporting data and records the stay in the guest book. You create your rooms and share your own booking link with returning guests or direct callers, without Booking’s 15% commission. You do not need your own website.

No. Booking can keep bringing new guests. CheckinPort handles check-in, records and your own direct-booking link.
Where do direct-booking customers come from?
CheckinPort does not generate traffic. Share the link with previous guests, direct callers or contacts you may lawfully reach.
Do I need my own website?
No. You receive a public page with rooms, photos, prices and availability.
What am I buying?
A €297 one-time preorder. It is not a monthly or annual subscription. Mobile apps are planned for 1 October 2026.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. The offer does not limit properties or rooms.
How does calendar sync work?
